Revolutionary drugs that block or stop estrogen are extending the lives of women with breast cancer. Soon the drugs known as aromatase inhibitors may even help prevent the disease. trials are under way in high-risk postmenopausal women. It's a tricky area, though. 2nd Attempt With Social Spark!

I tried submitted this blog for the second time with social spark and for the second time it was rejected again...the reason they told me: full of spelling and grammatical errors!!! My goodness gracious! I tried to read my entire blog word by word for any grammatical errors as it was stated FULL!....that means, almost all my posts here are grammatically wrong? I had some few posts that are mixed with Tagalog, but I would say 3 or 4 words of them. The word they used to describe it as FULL is just like they were telling me it's a one whole post or the whole blog posts are all grammatically wrong. Tell me which ones are misspelled folks and I'll correct it!

My other 3 blogs passed, and I already got one paid opportunity there...but they are finding this blog so difficult for them to accept it. I don't understand...it's making me crazy!!!

My "Wildest Vacation"

I have been to many of the states here in the US and so far, what I enjoyed most was my trip to Hollywood. During my trip, I got the chance to join the tour of Los Angeles, and I later analyzed that there are a lot of things to do in Los Angeles.
The first itinerary was in the Hollywood Walk of Fame...I got so excited that I got the chance to pose in different angles at each star there. I haven't been realizing that there are lots of them, and it was almost like I wanna take photos of each star! :). With so much poses and photos of the stars, my camera started to blink...and then says low on battery! Geesh...after a minute, camera went off...bye!!! no more photos. Waahh!, I missed some more sceneries. It was a little while before my husband finally convinced me to just come back the next day, lol! IMPTORTANT PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE TO SAVE LIVES

I am not sure if this story is 100% true, but the fact that spider Telamonia (poisonous) is really poisonous and kills should not be ignored. If you see one, get ready with that thick bulky shoes to pin it down :). Just a small bug, you would say, but given the chance to get close to your skin, you're good as dead! Better be informed, than nothing at all, don't you think??

The story:

Three women in North Florida turned up at hospitals over a 5-day period, all with the same symptoms.

Fever, chills, and vomiting, followed by muscular collapse, paralysis and finally, death.

There were no outward signs of trauma.

Autopsy results showed toxicity in the blood. These women did not know each other and seemed to have nothing in common. It was discovered, however, that they had all visited the same Restaurant (Olive Garden) within days of their deaths. The Health Department descended on the restaurant , shutting it down. The food, water, and air conditioning were all inspected and tested, to no avail.


The big break came when a waitress at the restaurant was rushed to the hospital with similar symptoms. She told doctors that she had been on vacation, and had only went to the restaurant to pick up her check.

She did not eat or drink while she was there, but had used the restroom.

That is when one toxicologist, remembering an article he had read, drove out to the restaurant, went into the restroom and lifted the toilet seat .


Under the seat, out of normal view, was a small spider. The spider was captured and brought back to the lab, where it was determined to be the Two-Striped Telamonia (Telamonia dimidiata), so named because of its reddened flesh color.&nb sp; This spider's venom is extremely toxic, but can take several days to take effect. They live in cold, dark, damp climates, and toilet rims provide just the right atmosphere.

Several days later a lawyer from Jacksonville showed up at a hospital emergency room. Before his death, he told the doctor, that he had been away on business, had taken a flight from Indonesia , changing planes in Singapore , before returning home.
He did NOT visit (Olive Garden), while there. He did (as did all of the other victims) have what was determined to be a puncture wound, on his right buttock. Investigators discovered that the flight he was on had originated in India .

The Civilian Aeronautics Board (CAB) ordered an immediate inspection of the toilets of all flights from India and discovered the Two-Striped Telamonia (Telamonia dimidiata) spider's nests on 4 different planes!

It is now believed that these spiders can be anywhere in the country.

So please, before you use a public toilet, lift the seat to check for spiders. It can save your life!

The Stark Museum

We just arrived from San Antonio, Texas last week. How I wish we could have stayed longer, and get a chance to visit Stark Museum of Art in Orange, Texas. I don't have any idea how close or far that is from San Antonio, but we are used to travelling by long hours on the road. Well, there are still "next times" and it is confirmed, we will go back to Texas in July. The exact place is still unknown, but hopefully it should be closer to Orange, Texas :).
The Stark Museum of Art houses the most significant collections of American Western Art. The museum were envisioned by H.J. Lutcher Stark and his mother Miriam Lutcher Stark who was an enthusiastic collector of arts, furnitures and decorative items from all around the world. In that similar way, H.J. Lutcher Stark had the passion of collecting things with similar interest of art and nature that depicts the American West. The family roots since then developed and made the collecting passion flourished thus the museum was created to display the great various collections. Being a museum of art, inside the museum are great collections of different paintings,sculptures, and prints from the 19th and 20th centuries such as rare books and manuscripts, and many more. The museum is divided into different art collections such as the Western Art reflecting the artistic interpretation of the western region for more than 2 centuries; the American Indian Art which consists of collections of plain clothings, body ornaments and beadworks reflecting these objects as creations of the different tribes of Great Plains, Southwest, Eastern Woodlands and Northwest Coast; Decorative Arts that consists primarily of glass and porcelains and the Rare books and Manuscripts collections. Exhausted!

Today, I just feel like totally exhausted, body and mind, that is. Last week, I have been off from my PC for 4 days, due to travel scheds. The Son...My Son!!!

Take my Son

A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael. They would often sit together and admire the great works of art.

When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier. The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.

About a month later, just before Christmas, there was a knock at the door. A young man stood at the door with a large package in his hands.

He said, "Sir, you don't know me, but I am the soldier for whom your son gave his life. He saved many lives that day, and he was carrying me to safety when a bullet struck him in the heart and he died instantly. He often talked about you, and your love for art." The young man held out this package. "I know this isn't much. I'm not really a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted you to have this."

The father opened the package. It was a portrait of his son, painted by the young man. He stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his son in the painting. The father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with tears. He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the picture. "Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for me. It's a gift."

The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors came to his home he took them to see the portrait of his son before he showed them any of the other great works he had collected.

The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction of his paintings. Many influential people gathered, excited over seeing the great paintings and having an opportunity to purchase one for their collection.

On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer pounded his gavel. "We will start the bidding with this picture of the son. Who will bid for this picture?"

There was silence.

Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, "We want to see the famous paintings. Skip this one."

But the auctioneer persisted. "Will somebody bid for this painting. Who will start the bidding? $100, $200?"

Another voice angrily. "We didn't come to see this painting. We came to see the Van Goghs, the Rembrandts. Get on with the real bids!"

But still the auctioneer continued. "The son! The son! Who'll take the son?"

Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the longtime gardener of the man and his son. "I'll give $10 for the painting." Being a poor man, it was all he could afford.

"We have $10, who will bid $20?"

"Give it to him for $10. Let's see the masters."

"$10 is the bid, won't someone bid $20?"

The crowd was becoming angry. They didn't want the picture of the son.

They wanted the more worthy investments for their collections.

The auctioneer pounded the gavel.. "Going once, twice, SOLD for $10!"

A man sitting on the second row shouted, "Now let's get on with the collection!"

The auctioneer laid down his gavel. "I'm sorry, the auction is over."

"What about the paintings?"

I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told of a secret stipulation in the will. I was not allowed to reveal that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son would be auctioned Whoever bought that painting would inherit the entire estate, including the paintings.

The man who took the son gets everything!"

God gave His son 2,000 years ago to die on the cross. Much like the auctioneer, His message today is:

"The son, the son, who'll take the son?"

Because, you see, whoever takes the Son gets everything..

bangungot. Medical investigators in China , Japan and several Asian
countries who performed autopsies on persons who died from "acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis" found out that the majority of them had
eaten NOODLES as their supper. This was a startling finding.

However, it wasn't the noodles that caused nightmares but
DEHYDRATION. Imbibing even with a few drinks of alcohol or just
eating noodles immediately before bedtime compound this on an empty stomach will trigger an electrolyte imbalance and other factors that causes a person to dehydrate or lose water.

It is therefore advisable for a person to take several glasses of
water before bedtime if he had a few or several alcoholic drinks.
Avoid eating noodles before bedtime, but if you can not avoid it,
all ow at least two hours for the body to digest the noodles before
hitting the sack and drink plenty of water.

The most important thing is, never go thirsty when going to bed and
be sure you have plenty of water during your 8-hour rest.
