Have a Cancer-Free Skin!

Don't you think we should be protective about our skin care? Perhaps, the following recommendations might be of great help courtesy of dermatologists from John Hopskins :).
  • Slather sunscreen. - apply liberally and frequently with an SPF of 30 or higher.
  • Decrease exposure. - avoid long periods under the sun, particularly between 10am and 3pm.
  • Avoid tanning beds and sunlamps. - despite manufacturer's claims, there is no such thing as safe UV radiation!
  • Screen your skin. - a strange looking mole or a family history of skin cancer warrants a visit to a dermatologist.
Enjoy the summer!
