If not with this website, I wouldn't have known that this is actually happening in California. I am referring to the site reversetheruling.com with the goal of educating the public, and asking people to get involve by signing the petition. You can check about this site with this issue; Reverse The Ruling - Homeschoolers Unite which has just been launched. It is all about parental rights, child protection and simply a fight for freedom and rights of every American. This site is launched primarily for the purpose of reversing the ruling about homeschooling in California recently have been published by a California Judge H. Walter Croskey that parents “do not have a constitutional right to homeschool their children.”
We (my husband & I ) are very concerned about what we see here as a move to take away a fundamental parental human right. From the data that we have been able to find, it indicates that children who are home schooled , generally do better than their publicly educated counterparts in many areas of scholastic achievement, such as math, science, and other languages . So please, join the fight for our children, our fundamental parental rights and basically our way of life. Freedom and liberty would be terrible things to lose!
