"The Bucket List" Movie

I watched this movie the other week. Actually, I am not fond of watching such movie types, but since hubby was curious about it, I decided to give it a try. Whew! it was a tear jerker to me. I ended up teary eyed at the ending part. It moved me, and so with my husband. Call us tear jerkers, OA, corny...whatever...but it's about a story that runs and happens in one's every day life situations. It can happen to anybody, anytime and anywhere.

The story is about Corporate billionaire Edward Cole (Jack Nicholson) and working class mechanic Carter Chambers (Morgan Freeman) whose worlds are far apart. At a crossroads in their lives, they share a hospital room and discover they have two things in common: a desire to spend the time they have left doing everything they ever wanted to do before they “kick the bucket” and an unrealized need to come to terms with who they are. Together they embark on the road trip of a lifetime, becoming friends along the way and learning to live life to the fullest. Each adventure adds another check to their list, all done with insight and humor.
