Be Cautious For Your Safety At Home

It's becoming more and more apparent that you can't trust anyone in today's society. Not only can you not trust people, but you have to question them, and instead of believing their answers, you have to call their place of employment to verify.
Two weeks ago, a couple received a knock on their door and was told it was utility workers. Instead, it was 3 men posing as as workers who went on to steal the woman's money and valuables. While one man distracted them outside, the other 2 went inside and robbed the the couple.
These incidents got to show that you can never ask too many questions, especially when it comes to letting a stranger into your home.
Ask for identification and tell them to wait outside while you contact their employer. Find out from the employer why the person is there and, if possible, what the person looks like. While it may seem over the top and easier to just trust the person, you can never be too cautious when it comes to your safety.
