Be Confident & Look Confident

If you feel good, you look good. Just remember the rules of style: Don't be a trying hard dressing like a movie star, unless you're one! Stick to the classics, and make sure you have the right clothes for the occasion.

Smell good. Take steps to combat the sources of stress since it can stem out to unpleasant body odor caused by stress-induced chemical reactions.

Be active. Exercise and take action, - socially, physically or taking steps to accomplish things you've been procrastinating.

Treat life like an exam. Study and prepare for the situation and you'll beat that feeling of uncertainty.

Elevate your mood and the perception of those around you by thinking positively and putting energy into your actions.

Take a minute to create order out of chaos, and you will feel a sense of calm in the storm.
