Escape Your Stress

If you're single:

Pamper yourself, turn off your cellphone, play your fave music and luxuriate in a bubble bath.

Try new things like cooking class, dancing or going back to school as a way of improving yourself. - And make friends along the way.

Bond with your friends by sharing an uplifting beauty day, or visit a spa and let them work their magic ;).

For a couple:

Turn off TV and have a dinner by candlelight in bed, so it feels like a sanctuary ;).

Share a message by finding his/her stress points and offer to rub them out slowly, - an instant relaxation.

Rest, watch movie or nap together to enjoy some downtime.
