Are you Crazy for Coffee?

Many studies show that coffee and caffeine reduce the risk of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease and cancer. Studies further confirm that drinking 24 ounces of coffee is actually good for the body. You may ask why? It is worth considering it might be because of flavonoids and antioxidants, and in America, coffee is the biggest source of antioxidants.

Here are some quick coffee tips:

  • Use a paper filter. Paper binds to a chemical that increases bad LDL cholesterol levels.

  • If you want light coffee, use skim milk instead of cream and skip sugar.

  • Add more calcium to you diet or some supplements because caffeine tends to pull down these must have mineral from our bones.
