The Garlic Power

Garlic is more than a seasoning! Here are the facts why:

A diet rich in garlic can help fight urinary tract infections. Thanks to the bulb's natural anti-microbial properties.

A research has found out that letting chopped or crushed garlic sit for 10 minutes before heating helps retain a third more of its cancer-fighting sulfur compounds than if it were cooked right away.

Garlic fights off athlete's foot!...a powerful antifungal. Boil several cloves in water, then cool for a comfortable temperature. Pour into a large bowl and soak your feet.
(Note: Boiled, uncrushed garlic won't leave a smell.)

Garlic can fight against colds. Microwave 2 cloves unpeeled garlic for 25 seconds, let cool, peel the skin and eat. Garlic has sulfur compounds that boost the immune system and help fight infection.
Plant garlic next to your rose bushes and let it bloom. It can naturally repel pests.
