How to Buy A Perfect Pineapple

Choose pineapples that feel heavy for their size, with a firm rind, with a little bit of give, and with no brown or soft spots.

To choose a sweet a pineapple, look for a yellow color at the bottom of it extending up. An all-green pineapple was picked too early.

When you picked a ripe pineapple, they are very perishable so you should store it in the fridge no longer than 3 days.

Place some pineapple juice in the bottom of a container to store cut pineapple - it will stay fresher longer.
