Overcoming Hangover

Prevention is the best cure, but what will you do after downing too much cocktails? Here's how when it's too late to prevent it.

Take a big glass of water and take 2 Advil before going to bed helps. Dehydration is one of the main reasons of hangover symptoms.

Eat something bland, like toast or crackers. Although it doesn't have a scientific backing, the greasy-breakfast may speed up the digestion of leftover impurities.

If you feel nauseated, a dose of Pepto-Bismol or milk of magnesia can soothe some of the irritation! Stick to advil or aspirin for a headache.
