Avoid Heatsroke!

During hot summer months, we are all susceptible to heat exhaustion. Health experts' best advice is for everyone to drink lots of water when the heat is on, and to have family members or neighbors look out for their elderly peers.
When it's hot outside and you notice mental distress or confusion, or someone loses consciousness, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Heat stroke is very serious and at least 50% of patients who aren't treated quickly will end up with organ failure.
