Beat The Heat This Summer!

It's best to hydrate,-drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.

Load up on veggies and salads, and fruits such as oranges, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, etc...They are packed with water and an intake of these boosts your daily fluid intake.

Try swimming for fitness. You can exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or experiencing any joint pain or muscle pain while you burn many calories.

Wear clothes that say "moisture wicking" or "climate control" which let air in and sweat out. This way, you can spend more time comfortably outdoors.

Restore skin moisture by applying a rich moisturizer after shower and before bedtime.
Look for products that contain soothing ingredients like aloe vera, shea butter, or yogurt, which help ease sunburn.
