What if a friend or a loved one ticked you off? How can you easily moved on and past by it? Here are some helpful suggestions on how you can do it faster as suggested by Philip Friedman, author of "The Forgiveness Solution."
First, forget being right and learn to get a choice between being right and being happy. Remind yourself what you desire - peace, happiness and fulfillment to help you get over your frustration.
According to Dr. Friedman, avoid the "should-ing" attitude,-expectations that we tend to put on others and are often at the root of hurt feelings. (Example; "she should have RSVP'd sooner, ect...) Accept that there's more than one way for people to act, and it will be easier to move on.
Ask yourself what kind of relationship you want, and try to reach out when you're feeling positive and ready to patch things up.
